Kamoni is my Favorite store to buy bathing suits , they fit amazing i always had trouble finding separate pieces because im a different size to and bottom they have that you can purchase different size for this Kamoni is my Favorite store, and the return policy amazing not questions ask , Love you Kamoni.
I ordered bikinis and although they ate lovely and of good quality, they are too small. Trying to obtain a return label is proving to be a nightmare. They email offering other discounts but as I don't know what size would fit I am not willing to engage with this. They state it isn't worth my while to return the items as they need to goto the USA but surely that is my decision. It makes me wonder if they just keep emailing so that the 30 days pass and no refund will be provided. I wouldn't recommend using this company for this reason as returns are proving to be an absolute nightmare.
I ordered a bikini which did not fit. The returns policy was very difficult to find on the web site. I contacted Kamoni who advised as the company is in USA they have no pre paid postal returns and it would be up to me to pay postage. They then offered me a 15% refund or a 30% discount code on future orders. I was quite happy to pay postage and asked for the return address, however they replied to say it probably wasn’t worth my while and they offered to post the same item out again (which I would had to pay for) with a 15% discount or a 40% refund on the original order. All I wanted to do was return the bikini and get my money back. I will not be using this company again.
Updating my previous review as team reached out to me with emails. Giving 4 starts for the customer support right now as phone line wasn't available yesterday at all times. Thank you Kamoni support for reacting promptly to this review. I bought a few bathing suits, and ya, they are nothing like on the pictures. Review saying they are very small, but bikini bottoms are huge. I usually wear size small, bought M based on reviews, but need to exchange to small.I created a ticket with no notification of confirmation that ticket was created.Tried to call a few times to customer support - there is no answer.I also emailed today and hope Ill get a respond and I have to exchange bottoms to the smaller size. If there is not respond - Ill probably start conflict through PayPal, as website is stating that everything can be exchanged or returned (except Flash Sale).Anyways... Lets see where it will take me.So far - not very happy.
