The Karafun service has been invaluable to our little group of annual karaoke singers who are just under 70! My legal collection of karaoke songs pales in comparison to their vast catalog, and without their "Party Pass", 99% of the song requests would hear "sorry I don't have that one." I am rarely embarrassed when my "Party Pass" is active... and I'm so thankful to Karafun for providing this Pass. We get together just once a year so, for us, the Party Pass is perfect.
The app and song list are awesome! The app is very easy to use and my guests having the ability to search the catalog and submit their selections via the app was a huge crowd pleaser! The pricing of the subscriptions are very budget friendly! Thank you Karafun for making our yearly spring fling party a huge success! We will be back!
At first I had nothing but problems with karafun. I wrote them many times & they responded each time, but never had a correct answer to fix the problems of it just stopping. And even though they say there's no difference, I switched from $9.99 program to the Pro $49 a month & it worked without a hitch. They do have all the songs that I've ever been asked to play. So why the 3 stars ? They love the American dollar & don't want to give it up. They are not an American company & if there's a problem & you ask for a refund, they WILL NOT give it to you. They will give you a coupon for a free month to use in the future( that costs them nothing) but they will not refund your money !
