Great service

I had s problem with payment stopped because f fraud on my bank account. My subscription subsequently lapsed and I had problems reinstating.Got on to Karafun and Paul at their customer team was brilliant. Responded quickly to each email and sorted it all for me within hours !Great service - and great product - highly recommend!!Thanks again Paul 🤓

Massive library at a great price point

Massive library at a great price point! The software make starting up a karaoke party easy and nobody has to babysit the computer with the queue feature

Karafun is my favourite karaoke platform. I highly recommend it. There are apps for many platforms and subscription is reasonable.

Horrible

Horrible. Service is awful. I've had several problems on several different computers. Everyone time I've used Karafun I've had issues. The absolute worse program I've ever seen. They never get back to you when there is an issue. There is one good thing about karafun but I won't mention it here because I'm so upset about their software and service. Bad.
