Initially all seemed good with the app…

Initially all seemed good with the app but problems when they arrived were catasrophic. One day all my playlists were available the next they were gone. Karafuns considered response? A virtual shrug of the sholders and an offer of, now wait for this, a month free voucher but to access this I need to cancel my account and resubscribe, what a dissaster. This app has serious failings and seemingly has no intention to address them. Can you imagine what would have happened if all of my playlists would have disapeared mid performance?

On the whole it is pretty easy to use

On the whole it is pretty easy to use, a great range of songs, my only negative is the queuing, when you pick the first song to que, and are doing the second song it automatically starts playing the fist song, where it should be up to me to pick play

KaraFun is for all generations!

KaraFun is very easy to use, has a great song selection and is adding new tracks all the time! I would love some more deep tracks. We have 4 generations that get together in the garage, which is a full-blown karaoke bar. Sometimes is just one person practicing, sometimes up to 100 people for a milestone birthday party.

I've been a subscriber since June 2018

I've been a subscriber since June 2018. Karafun has the most extensive catalogue, when I joined in 2018 the catalogue had 29,655 titles and now just 3 years later there is just over 44,000 titles. New songs are added at a rate of approximately 10 songs a day. I use the basic subscription at just $9.99 per month and then every few months I would use the 7 day Pro subscription for $59.00. The monthly Pro subscription was $149.00 .... however I have just noticed that the monthly pro is now only $59.00 and there is no 7 day option. I have to find out if this is correct because that is definitely a better price. I can now get a month worth for the price I was paying for a week.Thanks, maybe customer service could confirm this and tell me what happen.
