Frustration with Order Return Process

Hello! I am writing this review again after January 6. I returned my order, and it has been over 10 days. The support team does not answer calls, despite my repeated attempts. My emails receive responses, but no action is taken regarding my order. I am left without the product and my money is also at stake. The order was picked up and confirmed by the company, yet there has been no follow-up. My funds are stuck, and I am uncertain if I will receive a refund. The agents do not answer calls, and reaching out to them has proven impossible. It has been 15-20 days of this situation, which is incredibly frustrating. I will avoid shopping on such platforms in the future.

Very unsatisfactory experience.

I bought a coord set in October 2025, and it arrived in the first week of November in torn condition. The product was not as shown in the images. After calling customer service, they apologized and promised a better quality exchange. However, after a month, I received the same torn product back. Now they say they'll arrange a pickup for a refund. This experience has been deeply disappointing.

Extremely disappointing quality and unreliable service.

I purchased a coord set in October 2025, and it arrived in the first week of November in torn condition. The product was also not as depicted in the images. After contacting the customer service, they apologized for the issue and promised an exchange with better quality control. However, the exchange took a month, and when I received it in the second week of December 2025, it was the same torn item returned to me. When I called customer service again, they mentioned they would arrange a pickup for a refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Beautiful phiran!

I inquired about my order 8 days after placing it and was directed to a customer service contact. They quickly responded and informed me that my order was being packaged. I received the phiran 17 days post-order. I'm really pleased with the product quality and would recommend others to try the service. It would be nice if they could send a courtesy email after dispatch.

Not placing an order!

I was genuinely impressed by their designs and professional website, and was about to make an international order. However, after reading reviews, I'm concerned about their service and product quality issues. If they can't manage local orders well, I can't risk ordering internationally. I'm truly disappointed.

Terrible product and worse service.

I ordered almonds, dried figs, and walnuts. The walnuts were of very poor quality and had worms inside. I attempted to contact customer service for a return, but no one answered. It's been a month since I received my order, and the website still shows it as pending. After a delayed email response, they requested images of the rotten product, which I provided, but I've heard nothing since. They don't even deserve a single star.
