My emails receive responses, but no action is taken regarding my order. I am left without the product and my money is also at stake. The order was picked up and confirmed by the company, yet there has been no follow-up. My funds are stuck, and I am uncertain if I will receive a refund. The agents do not answer calls, and reaching out to them has proven impossible. It has been 15-20 days of this situation, which is incredibly frustrating. I will avoid shopping on such platforms in the future.

I received the phiran 17 days post-order. I'm really pleased with the product quality and would recommend others to try the service. It would be nice if they could send a courtesy email after dispatch.
