Tend to be a purchaser every few months because I love the style but what stands out is really love how they treat their customers. I had a small issue with one item and they were quick to amend the issue and shipped a replacement quickly without any fuss. One of my favorite brands for sure!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their website promises 2–13 day shipping. I ordered on November 14 and over a month later it still hadn’t shipped. No real updates, just generic automated replies after nearly 10 emails. They deleted my Instagram comments and even removed my review instead of addressing the issue. Conveniently, the order only shipped after I disputed the charge with my bank.
When I finally received the item, the quality was terrible and it was clearly the wrong size from what I ordered. On top of that, they charge extra for “package insurance,” yet state that if your package is lost in transit, it’s not their responsibility. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I will never order from them again, and I strongly recommend others read reviews carefully before purchasing.
Package Stolen - No Response from the Company. Twice disappointed - I feel foolish. I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter as a Christmas gift online during their Black Friday sale, knowing from past experiences that it would likely arrive after the holidays due to their notorious delays. I did receive their generic emails about the delays, but I wanted to support a local business. While I was out of town at the end of December (around the 19th), I got a notification that my package was out for delivery. Later that evening, I received a notification from their logistics provider stating it had been delivered. I assumed they knocked on the door when they dropped it off (given the late hour) and didn’t think much of it. My daughter was at home at that time. The next morning, I saw the delivery email and noticed that the logistics company sent a photo of the package along with a message saying “we couldn’t find your house.” The picture showed my package carelessly placed at the bottom step of my neighbor’s house, not even at their door. I quickly texted my neighbor because, as we all know, package theft is common during the holidays, and sure enough - it was gone. I filed a stolen package report with the delivery service, and their delivery person had no trouble locating my house the next morning when they returned to check on the stolen package. They even provided a Google Maps screenshot showing my home, insisting again that “they couldn’t find it.” Quite ironic. Once they realized their negligence led to the theft, I was told to contact the company for assistance. I expected as much. I’ve sent all communications to the company, but have I received any reply? Not a single one. You took my money, your delivery team failed to do their job, and now I’m left to pursue a resolution? Naturally, I have to because the company presents itself as socially responsible, yet it seems they spend more time on social media than addressing customer issues. No more online shopping for me, and I won’t be making any in-store purchases either. Clearly, they don’t care. I want to support local businesses, just not this one.
I would really like to rate them lower. I ordered a sweatshirt between Nov 19 and 25 with an expected delivery by Nov 30, which was then pushed to Dec 8 and again to Dec 15. Today is Dec 24, and I still haven't received my sweatshirt. I’m starting to doubt if I will ever get it. Additionally, the company charged a $5.00 fee for delivery insurance, which feels like a scam. They claim to donate meals for every purchase, but in reality, we, the consumers, end up covering those costs. This situation definitely warrants further scrutiny!
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on November 21st, and the confirmation email indicated it would ship during the week of November 30th, but that never occurred. I contacted customer service to inquire about shipping and whether it would arrive before Christmas. I also requested a full refund if it wouldn't arrive on time, so I could find a replacement gift elsewhere. Unfortunately, I received no response. A week later, instead of addressing my email, they sent an update stating the item would now ship between December 8th and 12th. Again, this did not happen. I followed up with another email asking if I would receive the item in time and requested a refund if not. Still no reply. At this point, I called both store locations, which required significant effort just to connect. The representative I spoke to could not assist much and simply said he would “flag” my request for customer service. I sent two additional emails explaining my situation and requesting a refund, yet I have not received any response. This company is truly disappointing. The lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable. They provide shipping timelines they do not adhere to, ignore customer inquiries, and offer no real support when problems arise. Given that the item I ordered was not inexpensive, this level of service is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I will not make another purchase from them and, at this point, I just want a response and my money back.
My experience was very disappointing. I've been waiting for over two months for a sweatshirt. During this period, I contacted the support team multiple times but received no response until I initiated a chargeback with my bank. At that point, the representative attempted to persuade me to cancel my chargeback to process my order. Unprofessional behavior. I would advise against ordering from this service.
Placed an order in July and have yet to receive anything, nor have I been refunded. Every time I follow up, I get the same generic response. I'm extremely disappointed, especially considering what this brand claims to stand for. I strongly advise against ordering from them.
I genuinely believe this company is misleading. They charge your card but fail to ship your items. Customer service is unresponsive, whether you try contacting them via email, their website, or social media. Don't waste your money on this service.
This has been a dreadful experience! I ordered a t-shirt 7 weeks ago and have attempted to reach out for a refund, as I no longer need it. The replies I receive are automated, and it's nearly impossible to speak with a real person. Paying $77 for a t-shirt is ridiculous, especially since I wanted to support their cause. A simple acknowledgment from them would be appreciated. I definitely do not recommend this service and caution others to be wary.
I'm genuinely confused by the business model and customer service from this company. I ordered a t-shirt for an upcoming game on October 22, expecting it to ship within 10-15 days as stated. It's now November 22, and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service two weeks ago and was told there was a delay with no shipping date provided. Their promises seem misleading, contributing to their negative reviews. I wonder how they are still operating given their poor reputation.
