Great quality and very comfortable shoes. The material feels durable and well-made, and the design looks even better in person. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable to wear for long hours. Delivery was fast and the packaging was nice. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase and I would definitely recommend this store to others. 👍
I placed an order on January 11th 2025.It is by the time of me writing this review, February 26th and I STILL have not received my order.When asked patiently about the order status, I am met with apologies and being informed that they’re still waiting for it to leave their “external partners” warehouse and that as soon as they have an update, I will be updated as well.When initially placing an order, you will receive automated emails about the preparing of your order; these are in fact not even real - Noah from their customer service confirmed this with yet another apology.The mostly apologetic tone completely vanished however, when I decided that I wanted a refund. I’d waited long enough and their usual daily response time - over the course of 9 or so back and forth emails, suddenly stopped being as frequent.I have waited 3 days now, from the time of issuing my request for a refund with no reply.You will read a lot of positive reviews on here, but they’re fake.DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
