I'm baffled by the high ratings on their site because the quality and sizing are quite poor. I bought a few items during a sale in my regular size, but everything fit poorly and was too small. After returning for store credit and ordering different items, I encountered the same sizing issue despite following the guidelines. On my second attempt, my package arrived damaged, and the item bags had dirt marks on them. It's frustrating that they don't accept returns on sale items, especially during big sales. They do offer 120% store credit, which is decent and why I tried again. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you're after quality activewear – even if it's cheap on sale, it's not worth it.
I received a hoodie of the worst quality I've ever seen. This was a gift, and while I understand it was on sale, I wouldn't even pay $5 for it, let alone the original price. I regret this purchase and had to show my partner the poor quality, which was already pilling and very thin.
