I also have the same experience as others. I bought some sneakers in the end of December, got an update a couple of days later, that they have my shoes now and what to test the realness. Since then they don't have them anymore and I hear nothing. I have to ask. I also go a voucher for 10€ for next time, for being slow. Are they kidding.Really bad service. Very disappointed
Unfortunately, my experience with KeepItSneaker has been extremely disappointing.I ordered Air Jordan 1 Low OG SP Travis Scott “Velvet Brown” (size 42.5) for €419.95.After the purchase, I faced days of vague replies and delays. At first, no tracking number was available; later, only after opening a PayPal dispute, the shipment finally start moving.When the sneakers arrived, it was immediately clear even at first glance that something was wrong: materials, stitching, and overall finishing were inconsistent with an authentic pair.To be certain, I used CheckCheck, a professional third-party sneaker authentication service.The result was “NOT PASS”, meaning the sneakers are not authentic / not compliant with original brand standards.As a consequence, I had to escalate the case to a PayPal claim for “item not as described”, providing all the evidence.I find it unacceptable to:sell sneakers advertised as authentic that are notdelay shipments with unclear communicationship only after formal disputes are openedVery stressful and disappointing experience.I strongly advise against buying from this store, especially for high-value sneakers.
update :updating my review with my 1star comment to 4 star.we received the shoes almost in 25 days.they were orginal and already wearing it.the company should find solution such a long delivery delays.i apologize the blame for scam company.1 star is less due to the huge delivery time.-----------------------------------------------------------we paid 200 euro for shoes and since 20 days passed no update, zero information, anything about it.are they scam company?
