Review Time
Order placed on Oct,1. Not shipped to me by Oct, 18. Contacted with support on Oct, 6 and got response on Oct, 8 that my order will be shipped to me till the end of the week or begining of the next one. Now it is Oct, 18 have no update on my order. Replied to support for the order deyails and cancelation in case they do not send it eod Oct, 17. No response.
Delivery took exactly one month from China. I doubt on authenticity, cos they are size smaller than genuine ones and box is only on Chinese. Customer service 🤯completely incompetent, they gave me an headache. Website is seriously annoying, impossible to become a return label. Since a week I’m writing with them cos the link for Label is not working and still nothing. Never again
