Review Time
I made an order on December 5th and I have not received it yet and I have not gotten any updates. It’s been almost a month and I have sent a number of emails to customer support and I have not received any answer. Do not order here it is a SCAMUpdate: I received my order after almost two months of delay and over 10 unanswered emails. Their customer service takes weeks to reply to an email and they refused to cancel my order when it wasn't even sent yet. I asked for cancellation around three weeks after I had made my order after I realized it would not arrive on time for Christmas.
The company replied to my review on December 17, stating that my case was being reviewed and that I would be contacted the same day with a resolution. Unfortunately, that never happened.It has now been over three weeks since my order went missing, and I still have no update, no replacement, and no refund, despite fully cooperating, submitting all requested documents, and paying for a shipping guarantee. Communication stopped again after this public response.Posting polite replies while failing to follow through privately is not “making things right.” I’m still waiting for the resolution that was promised.
Very good experience from start to finish. Great selection of sneakers, competitive prices, and an easy and smooth purchasing process. The order arrived within the expected time and the sneakers were well packaged. The quality is excellent and exactly as shown on the website. I would definitely buy again and highly recommend this store.
