Disappointing Customer Service

If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I was finally told the item was out of stock, 12 days after ordering. The lack of communication and the delay is unacceptable, especially since the item was charged immediately. I will not shop here again.
