Great product, great quality, out of the two heated sweaters I received one is great flawless in every way, heat, comfort and app support. While the other one lack all use of app support. I reached out to customer support and after a few emails I received a new sweater but had the exact same issue with the apps. Overall the sweater are great for cold weather and a great investment.
We had an issue with a part ordered not fitting and customer service was quick to try and help correct the issue. Within a few days our problem was resolved thanks to quick response from customer service.
It's frustrating trying to reach them. I placed an order, my card was charged, but I never received the item. They don't answer calls or return messages. I'm considering contacting the appropriate authorities along with leaving more reviews. I wouldn't recommend buying from here; their supposedly great prices aren't worth it. I can't even return the item and feel like I'm being given the runaround. Untrustworthy service.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on November 25th. After waiting two weeks with no updates, I reached out to the support team. I was informed twice that my package was lost in transit due to an unreliable shipping service. The customer service was very poor; no one could provide any answers. They couldn't give me a shipping date or even a rough estimate for delivery, leaving me uncertain if it would arrive before Christmas. The item finally showed up on December 22nd. Since it's a gift, I can't assess the product's quality, but based on the reviews I've read, I'm not very optimistic. Best of luck to others; I wouldn't recommend this service.
I was charged for a discontinued item and have not received my credit. Additionally, there was an unexplained charge of 379 dollars. I will not be using this service again. The rock slider I received was on sale, and now I understand the poor quality; it’s a small, lightweight tube. I will be returning it.

The product fit perfectly, and it was very easy to assemble and install. All necessary hardware and tools were well-packaged. I'm very impressed with the quality of the lights and the light sequencing during startup and shutdown. The LEDs are extremely bright; I'm very satisfied with my experience.
