Just a company out to steal money. They did do the drive in January this year so badly that eventually they came back and took it up saying they would be back the following week to relay . Not seen or heard off them since . They don't answer the phone or reply to any messages. Just found out on company house website that there request to dissolve the company has been suspended. An objection has been received by the registrar.I would suggest that everyone makes a complaint to company house via there website
I had my resin driveways laid August 2024. The first crew arrived to remove some grass, small blocks laid as one driveway and concrete around the front of the house. Nice guys, but clumsy and snapped my internet cable. I was told as a storm was coming through the resin would not be laid until after the rain the following week. The next day the resin team arrived. I said I was told they would not lay the resin until after the rain. The C-rep said they would be finished before it rained. They did and then the heavens opened and drenched the driveway and puddles formed. I immediately emailed the company to alert them to the puddles. After the weekend A-rep called and said someone would come to check out the drive. A-rep came, looked and said the car must have caused the damage. I explained that the base under the resin had not been compacted enough and that if the resin had been laid after the rain they would have seen the problem. A-rep agreed to fix the drive with no extra cost to me as they had a 10 year warranty. I told him to wait until the weather improved. At the end of April 2025 I contacted A-rep who said he would give me a date for the resurfacing of the driveway. By the end of May I still hadn’t got a date. I sent a message on the number I had always contacted A-rep and got a message from B-rep saying he was not A-rep I tried sending another message which was undelivered. Today I got a call from B-rep saying the company has closed its door and owes him money. Well, after reading the previous reviews which were shocking I guess I was lucky enough to get some sort of driveway. I am so sorry for all those who lost money. Having read the KA’s reply’s I’m wondering, KA are you going to fix my driveway as promised?
In November 2024 Kerb Appeal Solutions laid a resin bonded drive and block edge at my parent's home.The shade of the resin bonding material varies from area to area / mixing batches. Gaps have appeared between the blocks and the bonded resin.Work started Friday 15 November. This was completed on a second visit Friday 22 November at around 4pm when it had started to get dark. It rained heavily the next day so my Dad did not inspect the work. The following day, Sunday 17 November, he inspected the work. That same day two Kerb Appeal staff returned and collected some of the materials left behind.My Dad raised the issue of the quality of the work with them. He was told "we'll report it to the boss, I've not seen this happen before". Photographs were taken. On 16 December another member of staff visited. He said to my Dad "the work might have to be taken up and re-laid" but that nothing could be done until after 5 January.At the start of April Kerb Appeal returned and took up about 10% of the resin bonded material. My dad has not been told what will happen next or when. As usual his calls to the company are being ignored or promises to call him back aren't.Remidial work was carried out last week, five months after the work was originally carried out.
From the outset the info provided was excellent as was the updates along the way. When the team arrived they were brilliant, hard workers and continued to inform us of progress everystep of the way. Would definitely recommend Kerbappeal and the team that did our job
Kerb appeal solutions came to do my drive and around to the back of my home, they have done a fabulous job, the workmen were all polite and easy to discuss the work. I would definitely recommend them in fact l am having them again to do some further work.
Absolutely shocking company. 12 months and still waiting for them to put things right. After 5 months they eventually replaced a sunken manhole and refused some loose edging stones. The whole area looks like sand when the tide has gone out. Have greenery growing through in all areas and vast colour change in manhole cover to rest of resin. Have areas where it’s lifted and tool marks which are very noticeable. It’s also spongy in places. We have a carport which they damaged the brickwork pillar and also on the bungalow wall. Should’ve returned 15/04 but because of predicted bad weather cancelled. Nothing since. This company are atrocious and make cowboys look good. DO NOT USE. They are very expensive for bad workmanship
