Review Time
Due to a 'billing error', my router was not shipped. I called on the date of the cutover, and was informed of this -> I needed to pay for the remaining amount that was meant to be charged, and they will then ship the router. No problem solving nor flexibility on their end, there is apparently no express shipping available, and 5 day shipping is the only option. Have asked to speak with a manager, but apparently they won't be calling back until Monday. Terrible experience.

The service was outstanding, the representative truly went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my Internet problem. Our NBN and Internet have been functioning well, so I have no complaints. I would recommend this for those who may not be very tech-savvy.

Misleading advertising. The connection is unstable, dropping out frequently. It's impossible to use applications effectively, which is now affecting other services. After a visit to resolve the issues, things worsened, and I couldn't escalate my concerns. I'm ready to switch to a different provider.
Unreliable provider, bombarding me with emails and texts about payment issues despite having processed them. They disconnected my service and haven't responded to my inquiries. Their customer portal is inefficient, and the router provided was subpar, requiring constant resetting. I switched providers quickly and have no intention of returning.
Exploitive practices. They signed my disabled family member up for a plan without proper support for setup and charged excessively for a connection that was never used. When I inquired, they blamed the user for not having a connection, taking advantage of my family member's vulnerability. Their refusal to assist or resolve the situation is appalling.
This provider completely neglected my small business after cancelling services with another provider. I was told I needed to reconnect with them, which left me without internet or phone service for several days. Their lack of responsibility is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this provider.
