Will not respond after their mistake!I waited almost a month to receive the 8.5 joker 1gt se. When I pulled them out of the box. The right one was a 9.5 and the left, was a 7.5! I pulled out the insoles and was shocked to see stamped in the size difference. When reaching out to “Amy smith” she said they would make it right by either sending a new pair either the correct size or a refund. I didn’t want to deal with the wrong size again, so I opted for a refund. What started out as a “good” experience in trusting this company. Quickly shifted to HORRIBLE!! Not only didn’t I not receive my refund they no longer are replying back to my emails. Do your self a favor, buy from somewhere else. Unless you’re willing to gamble and being ignored. Not worth what ever discount you might think you’ll get.
