Review Time
I placed an order on 18 January, with a stated delivery timeframe of 5–10 working days (including one item advertised as next-day delivery), which indicated delivery by 28 January.
On 5 February, I was informed that the order was delayed until 18 February. This update was not prompted by me chasing — it was simply communicated late. That revised date then passed with no delivery and no further updates.
Only after following up later was I advised that there had been an “unforeseen delay with the manufacturer” and that the order was now expected during the week commencing 2 March, more than a month after the original delivery estimate. At this point, I chose to cancel the order entirely.
While the customer service response was polite once I eventually received it, the overall experience was very poor. Delays can happen, but repeatedly missing delivery estimates and failing to communicate proactively is unacceptable, particularly when the order was placed for a first birthday.
Based on this experience, I would not order again.
We ordered a Britax Romer booster seat and the product was very competitively priced, it arrived quickly and communication from Kiddies Kingdom was great. This is our second order from kiddies kingdom and they've been great for both. Very happy.
Ordered a buggy in morning, received it the next day! I was very pleased with the whole process. Website is easy to navigate and I even had free delivery. No faults.

I ordered a specific fabric for a carrycot but received incorrect items instead. The support team handled the return at their expense, but it took a considerable amount of time. I needed the item before the holiday season and had to follow up several times, only to be told that the correct item would be shipped towards the end of January 2026. I wasn't informed of this until I inquired. The entire process was lengthy and unnecessarily stressful. I opted for a different seller afterward, and the experience was seamless, with everything resolved before the holiday.
The chair does not fold up, which was the primary reason for my purchase! Additionally, the straps are excessively long and do not adjust sufficiently for a 6-month-old, posing a potential safety issue. I'm still contemplating whether to return it and need to figure out the return process.
I purchased a baby pram, and this small company held onto my payment for almost a month before shipping the item. Afterward, they requested that I wait an additional two weeks for delivery. I declined, and they issued a refund without offering any apology. Honestly, it's just a baby pram, not a custom car. I ordered one from a different platform, and it arrived the very next day, much better than my experience with this company. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
