Review Time
Order KV16851 was meant to be shipped in late January and it is now April. I have tried every way possible to get hold of someone to let me know what is going on and am being ignored at every turn.
I have placed multiple orders before and was a loyal customer but this experience has been such a nightmare I will never use them again... Ive requested a refund. Also ignored.
Absolute scam website, they have taken £100+ from me and I've received nothing.
I've tried contacting them through all channels and nothing!

Not too happy with Kidultverse.Normally they are pretty good as a shop and I have used them a few times now.I really am shocked though as I tried to make cancellations for two pre orders I no longer wanted, and promptly contacted them.At first I used the web page contact form but after a couple days thought best to send a message via facebook encase they missed my query. After a few more days I tried emailing. And now a few days onwards I try calling to not even get a ring on the phone before it drops.Upon further investigation it looks like this is a common theme with this shop, zero communication. Some people seem lucky to hear back after a month. When they are holding onto your money they shouldn’t be delaying by a month. I will no longer be buying from Kidultverse as they do not care about me as a customer
Absolutely no response to any forms of contact. Ordered a figure months ago and no update on when it will arrive or any response to multiple emails or contact form submissions. Would not use them again. Customer service non existent Very frustrating
Fast delivery, box was in good condition, generally good stock available on the site. Prices are lower than most UK based sites, overall happy with the experience and will be buying again. I'll definitely make sure to check out the physical store if I'm ever in Manchester.
I entered Apple ID into a device and I paid with that. Without any information on billing or shipping address being entered or checked before purchase. It went through. When I got the invoice, I realised it has picked up some of address of mine for both the billing and shipping address. A house we moved from last year. I sent multiple messages through your contact form. Emailed you and also messaged on WhatsApp asking for it to be shipped to the correct address. I contacted my bank and Apple asking how the payment was approved with a wrong billing address, but to no avail. The item was shipped to my old address despite 4 different contact forms, an email and WhatsApp messages to Kidultiverse. I only got auto replies this week, after the item was delivered to the wrong address. Where the current tenants opened the item. I had to ask one of my old neighbours to run over and get the item and we don’t know how to get it from there to our current address as we moved towns.
