I don’t recommend this store. They only reply the customers…shipment delays, due to retailer delays…is it the consumer need to concern about ? this is customer’s fault ? and why no one answer the phone calls ? it seems abnormal for any kind of business. i have visited your shop and drop me number but you didn’t call back.
As has been mentioned in other reviews the packaging could be improved, a lot of dead space I'm the box leaving product to move around in transit. That being said my order arrived in good condition and was dispatched promptly. Prices are competitive. I ordered a pair of gundams, one of which I was unable to find anywhere else including a number of physical shops I went to in Japan.
