The kilt tartan and accessories are excellent quality and delivery is fast. Customer service is very responsive and does everything to satisfy customers. I made a mistake with the waist size on my order and they sent me one in the right size without any discussion...I have bought kilts from other sites, but nothing compares to “kilt and more.”I will order more and recommend them without hesitation.
So far, I have had very good experiences with the company.When I received the wrong item, I immediately received the correct delivery free of charge after complaining.I also experienced this when I forgot to order an item. I contacted the email address provided and received the forgotten item very quickly.One negative point is the mix of different languages on the homepage. Another negative point is the lack of transparency of the company. Is it a Scottish or an American company? The delivery also comes from Pakistan???The kilts and other items are of quite good quality, but some of them have an unpleasant smell.
I ordered a kilt and sundries from these guys and I have to say they were excellent, the products I ordered were delivered well before I expected them and they let me know what was happening at each stage - order received - order in progress - order dispatched etcWhen received, as ordered the quality of the kilt was great - sadly - I was a little over ambitious about my waist size - despite my partners warning that I wasn't a teenager anymore.Within a couple of rather embarrassing emails they agreed to send me a more correct size.Excellent serviceNow I need to order future products under guidance - I point out that this is not the fault of kiltandmore.com
