❌ Beware ❌I ordered a perfume as a gift with a personalized engraving, and what I received was shocking. The engraving was tiny, the font was unattractive, and worst of all, the text was auto-capitalized without my consent.During the order, the system gives you no font choice, no size option, and no preview of how the final engraving will look. I typed the name as I wanted—but they changed it, and then claimed it “matched what I submitted.” How can you say that when I was never shown the final output?!I contacted support multiple times. They just repeated that it’s “standard procedure” and offered me a 10% discount on my next order—as if I’d ever trust the process again 🤣🤣Armani is supposed to stand for elegance and luxury. This experience was misleading, frustrating, and unacceptable.⚠️ If you're considering a personalized engraving from Armani—don’t. You're not getting what you expect, and they won’t fix it.
I ordered a wrong perfume by mistake which I realized immediately. Wanted to cancel the order. Even though I tried canceling the order in 5 mins I got an error.I called customer service. They told me I am late by an hour and it's 24 hours so they can't cancel. I highlighted that I created the order a few mins back and it's not been 24 hours. However he was not able to help.I decided I will keep the perfume. Didn't want to go though their return process.
Ordered from this place over 3 weeks ago, my credit card was charged, and they still haven’t shipped my order. It was for Christmas gift for family. I emailed the customer service few time and never received any response back. SCAM BEWARE If I cold I would give them a zero star
Truly appalling business practices. They falsely advertise gifts that are not available, they literally told me its sold out despite it still showing up online, as an apology they sent a coupon code that doesnt work lol... What a joke. Better off buying elsewhere this is ridiculous, you'd expect better from the source and for paying over $300 on fragrances you could get elsewhere more than $50 cheaper... Lesson learned and I will not be purchasing here again
The refund process for Armani Beauty is lengthy and troublesome. Waiting for a refund to be reimbursed. Spoke to multiple customer service representatives for approximately 50 minutes and issue still failed to resolve. Furthermore, the price for return shipping is $8 and deducted from the customer refund. This was a discouraging and frustrating experience.
Tried ordering perfume and kept getting error.. looked at credit card transactions and I was charged 7 times for the order.. Called CS and was advised by Viviana that I would have to wait 72 for a supervisor to get back to me.. I am so disappointed I have loved this brand for years.. They have lost a customer.. Let’s pray I get refunded the $1000 they charged my CC.
