Great performance for the priceI bought their 16GB package to play ATM10 with friends, which gives really good performance for only 15$. I've had a few connectivity hiccups but they are very few and far between. The server control panel is easy to use and understand. They also make it easy to make multiple servers.There are definitely better hosts out there, but Kinetic can't be beat with their price to performance.
Cody migrated three servers from another hosting service. Not only was he very responsive and fast to reply, but the server performance on all three of my Minecraft servers seems to exceed that of my previous host, for $30 less a month and with MORE RAM. I haven't been a customer long, but if the customer service and performance of the servers remain as good as this experience then I suspect I'll be a customer for a long time! Thanks, Kinetic.
I was unable to use the service provided by kinetic hosting due to poor health, immediately I was able to talk to a operator named "Kaitlyn" (removing the hassle of AI communication). Instantly she not only solved my problem but also offered to get old save files back if we needed them.Amazing service, so happy i wrote this review straight after. RAISE Kaitlyn PAY - please ;-) <3
