I was trying to fix my issue myself for a few hours but then I got tired of it so I contacted customer support thinking it would be fixed my tomorrow but as soon as I walked way from my desk for a snack I get a notification that my issue was fixed then I realized after getting my snack that my problem was fixed faster than me getting a snack from the kitchen and because of that they deserve a great review
I spent several hours attempting to resolve my issue on my own, but eventually, I decided to reach out to customer support. I thought it would take until tomorrow to be fixed. However, as soon as I stepped away for a snack, I received a notification that my problem had been resolved. I was amazed to find that they fixed my issue faster than it took me to grab a snack, and for that, they truly deserve a glowing review.
Support was extremely helpful, fast and efficient at resolving the issue I was facing, they were able to resolve it and offer some more assistance for other non related issues in a timely fashion (Under 30 minutes it took to resolve both my primary and secondary issues). They also gave me other helpful links for setting up other things
An absolute gem of a hosting company, they've got amazing specs with many different locations, managed to host more than 100 players on one server, with only a fraction of the CPU being used - I would highly recommend them.
