Great people, very efficient and very very polite. Kayla, of customer services, responded to my query regarding the delivery of a large Television very promptly, twice in the space of one day if I am not mistaken, coordinating between myself and the driver, and making sure my message got through to him.Not only that, she even managed to bring the delivery forward two days, which was very crucial to me, from Monday the 23rd to Thursday the 19th of June 2025.And, on the day of the delivery, I was the first drop off point, so that I could collect the TV and be on my way before 9:30 am, as I had requested! As I said, unbelievable service, prompt, efficient, but above all else, very polite and caring! 10/10 Thank you Kayla and thank you Kineticlogistics
This is a great service, had a couple of messages to ask was the date ok for us! Then on the day got a message to tell who the driver was, then another to say what time he would arrive. Was very promp, very kindly asked where was best to put the very large box, he put it in the garage for me, took photos of delivery and I signed. So easy thanks.
I ordered two 50-inch TVs from Costco which delivered by Kinetic Logistics and extremely happy with the service from ordering to delivery. Exceptionally good communication every step of the way via email & text messages. The delivery chap - Frederick Lungu even texted 20 minutes before arriving & arrived on time. I am 71 years old & unable to carry it upstairs. Frederick even very kindly took the TVs upstairs which is appreciated very much
