Bought a couch, paid for “white glove delivery” via Costco which includes delivery to your desired room, assembly and removal of all the packaging. Instead driver refused, wanted to leave it on the street, took half an hour to even convince them to help me bring it up the stairs (one single flight of 12 steps) left it at the top of the stairs blocking the only fire exit. Took me 2 hours to get it inside myself - would have taken them less than 5. Really really disappointed.
I had a great experience with your organisation. I received frequent updates, you asked me confirm which date would be best and your operatives that delivered were so pleasant and professional. There were 2 deliveries 10 and 12 June.
