Advised the day before of the 3 hour delivery slot and again the following morning. Then received a text saying they'd be here in 20mins. No problems at all, came within the 3 hour slot and delivered our new TV. Good service and happy with delivery.
Ordered a large item from Costco, emailed and texted updates, delivery date to suit me, and delivered to a church building down a long path. Updated by driver about ten minutes before arrival and checked delivery was to the isolated building. Cheerful chappy, didn't get his name, so can't name him. First time using Kinetic highly recommended.
I could have written this review with a negative perspective as the original delivery day was missed due to a vehicle breaking down on route. I got lots of updates and an apology and these things happen. It was rearranged two days later on a Sunday if that was ok by me. It was.The two guys who delivered were called in on overtime to make good on the missed deliveries from the Friday. So this is a positive review as sometimes things happen outwith your control but how you respond to them is what makes the difference.
Horrendous service - cancelled my delivery because they had a sick driver when I specifically booked a day off of work. Customer service phone number dials out every time and when emailed nothing could be changed so had to stick to the rescheduled date/time. Upon arrival, even though I stated on their initial booking form there was no lift, the delivery drivers stated they don’t bring parcels above floor 2, I reside on floor 4. Highly recommended you don’t use this company!
