Yes another great delivery, if there was any criticism I would only say it takes a little longer than other companies that do deliveries, but with this company it is very professional company and staff, always on time plus always calls 10-15 minutes before delivery, excellent. I would always recommend this company.
Yes they were a bit late because of the traffic, but they were very helpful and took it into our Lounge for us as we are pensioners and explained about the TV putting it the right way for the screen, so thank you very much they were pleasant and polite thanks again, Mrs Christine Vose.
Delivery was confirmed by email and text between 1500hrs -1800hrs we had closed up and gone home. There Delivery driver sends sms msg @1900hrs he will be with us in 10-14 minHad to come back and open up to take delivery as it was importantPoor customer service
Product delivered safely on the day and within the time slot advised. However only one way communication. Kinetic advise a date/time and you say yes or no. So a bit iof a guessing game and several attempts to find a time that suits you. Also, I was supposed to recieve a call 1 hr prior to delivery but insted received a text message about 10 mins before.
Ordered Garden Furniture from Costco and delivered by Kinetic Logistics, received text to confirm delivery date and was that acceptable, followed by day before confirming delivery slot and on the day, text when arriving within the half hour. Guys were excellent. Full marks!
Brilliant delivery team package undamaged looked well cared for. The booking a delivery slot was was the opposite. Bought an item from Costco I was sent a link to the booking calendar selected Friday but it was delivered the previous Monday. Tried to cancel the delivery no one answers the phone the unwanted delivery was attempted anyway, what a waste. Booked another slot the booking calendar graphics are none existent, click on a day a there is no indication that slot is selected, submit then its verified by an email like playing a game of chance. Final service great unlike the booking process.
