Placed an order with costco and got message from kinetic logistics that my item will be delivered within 5 days. In 2 days it was at the depot in Oxfordshire. Automated message everyday with mixed message to book a slot otherwise a slot will be booked for me. 4 days when i should atleast have a date or slot am informed no date for delivery, next available is in another 4 days away which isn't in line with what was stated with costco nor kinetic. Very disappointed. I have now cancelled my order as I need my order sooner. Be warned of logistic companies that can't confirm a date of delivery within their stated delivery period. Kinetic logistics I will be avoiding.
Delivery cancelled last minute due to company forgetting to load item. Got message 30 mins before 3 hour delivery window was due to end. I took day of work for this. Contact telephone number for Kinetic doesn’t work so had to call Costco who I ordered item from. Took kinetic another week to deliver which came today and the driver has hit and damaged my neighbours tree and so now I have that joy to deal with. Thanks kinetic worst delivery company ever.
Ordered goods from Costco, selected a delivery date, delivery reminders received by both text and email. Also received a phone call from the delivery team to say they were on their way. Both men friendly and courteous, nothing too much for them. Cannot fault this company at all.
