Review Time
Bought a product from Costco, immediately received info to book in a delivery date/time. Followed the instructions and this was very simple and straight froward. I was given a 3 hour time slot the evening before, and on the morning of delivery received a call to say 15 minutes away. The delivery driver was such a nice person he was so courteous, friendly and helpful. Excellent experience from this company from start to finish - Thank You
Brilliant delivery team package undamaged looked well cared for. The booking a delivery slot was was the opposite. Bought an item from Costco I was sent a link to the booking calendar selected Friday but it was delivered the previous Monday. Tried to cancel the delivery no one answers the phone the unwanted delivery was attempted anyway, what a waste. Booked another slot the booking calendar graphics are none existent, click on a day a there is no indication that slot is selected, submit then its verified by an email like playing a game of chance. Final service great unlike the booking process.
If I could give two scores the delivery duo would get 5stars they were efficient and professional. But as far as communication they were poor and would get 1 star. Picked a delivery date received a text the day before saying there had been a IT glitch but it would be delivered the next day at the same time as booked. The same day as I had chosen. But they had actually changed the date to the following day but never asked if this was a suitable alternative. As there is no phone number to call you can’t talk to the customer service team to sort out the problem. Even Costco can’t contact them by phone poor for customer service.
Bought a tv from Costco on the Saturday -first available date was following Friday. Booked and given a 3 hour slot the evening before . Danny the driver arrived within the slot time and texted us at the delivery before hours.He was truly brilliant courteous and helpful - thank you Danny - we live in a small village and if dhl deliver they are known for dumping parcels anyway but not at the correct address. Absolutely rubbish experience. Ordered garden furniture from Costco received a delivery date and 3 hour timeframe.took day off and waited. No communication before or during time frame. 10 mins outside of time got a message to say van was out of time, would need to rearrange. Complained and was given another date and then cancelled again as only 1 man on van!
