Disappointing experience with poor service. The company made serious errors with our airline tickets, causing significant stress for more than three weeks. Major mistakes led to my 98-year-old grandmother losing over £500. Staff admitted the errors were their fault but refused to take responsibility or offer compensation. One staff member even claimed the management was too ‘stingy’ to compensate us, despite it being their mistake. We were never informed that tickets were booked through a third party. When issues arose due to the company's errors, they said they couldn't resolve them promptly because it was with another agent. This lack of transparency was never disclosed at the time of booking. Additionally, we were due to receive £365 back from a cancellation, confirmed by the third party, but received only £163. The company took over £270 in cancellation fees without providing documentation to justify these charges, despite repeated requests. Staff are initially friendly but become unhelpful when issues arise. I would not recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid them to prevent unnecessary stress and financial loss.
