I ordered two items over a month ago as Christmas gifts for my spouse, who recently got a new tablet and smartphone. Yet, as of March 1, 2026, the products have not arrived. I received an email today stating that a different company is handling the shipment instead of the expected courier. I'm very frustrated. The service has been disappointing.

I received a notification today stating that a different company, instead of the anticipated courier, is managing the delivery. I'm very frustrated. The service has been unacceptable.
The leather cover has two marks that don't seem to be natural flaws. It looks like the box had been previously opened. I've accepted the product as is, but I may hesitate to consider this brand in the future when needing a replacement cover. I'm sending a photo.
