Review Time
Tracked a shipment for a month and then was informed that my order had been placed in my mailbox several days earlier. No package with this order was ever delivered. Suibstantial stated that they had contacted the "Post Office" and confirmed the delivery and suggested I deal with the post office. However, Suibstantial would not provide who they spoke with, nor did they provide a USPS tracking number to assist in the search. Now I'm high & dry without my order and my money!
I ordered my shorts and shirt on 6-6-2025. Tracking showed it shipped from Italy. It took until 7-17-2025. I contacted customer support through email. I was told to give it 7-10 more days by support. On 7-28-2025, giving it an extra 10 days as requested by support I said my package never arrived. They said it was reported delivered by there carrier and I should contact the USPS for package tracking. The 3 numbers given to me by support were reported as invalid by the USPS associate. Also the 2 websites the company gave me for tracking showed differing information. on tracking-hub.com, it showed my package coming from Italy, but on t.17tracking.net it showed my package coming from Shenzhen China. After bringing this up, customer service stopped responding to any emails. This is a Chinese scam sight. Don't believe the good reviews. They go around and put up reviews to trick people. Out some money. Last time I order anything from a non BBB USA business.
This company advertised on Facebook that the shirts I ordered were made in the USA and had a store in Kentucky. After I ordered through Pay Pal I found the company was actually from China. I tried to cancel the order but was it was not done. After several weeks they sent tracking info that said my shirts were delivered to my mailbox in my home city. I never received the shirts. My actual address was not associated with the tracking information and the company offered no additional help or information. I am out the money they collected.
First of all, the shipping was dismal. Ordered June 3 for 4th of July merchandise. It took 3 weeks to land in Los Angeles. Then they transfer it to Atlanta which took another week and 3 more weeks to receive it via USPS. Be faster to drive there pick it up and drive back to my home in southern CA.Shirts run ridiculously small. Clearly made in China. Shorts were made for a giant and so ugly I threw them out and a belt that was big enough for 2 of me.I’m still waiting on a resolution. They first offered me a $2 refund. I told them I don’t get out of bed for less than a $100. I’ll update this saga should I get what I asked for, a refund on the shirts. I wouldn’t hold your breath.
Ordered a shirt I saw on Facebook. Paid with PayPal on June 4, 2025. After a 6 weeks of receiving emails stating that my package was on its way, I received a message saying the package was delivered on July 11 to my mailbox, but I did not receive a package. They said to contact the post office, but the tracking number given was not a legitimate number that could be tracked by USPS. I've been scammed!
Advertised sale for buying second shirt, that discount would be applied at checkout. No such discount was applied. Items shipped from Italy. One took a month to arrive, the other six weeks. Medium size fit like large. Company refused returns.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the shirt on June 6 to have by July 4. It didn’t arrive until July 5 and when I opened it I could tell immediately the size was wrong. It was way smaller than the tag showed. It was so small that I couldn’t get it on. I later learned this is a common issue with this company. They would not accept a return and only offered $5. This company is a ripoff. I truly believe most of the positive reviews must be coming from the company itself.
The sizing and quality of product is shit. I ordered two shirts and watched the tracking. They bounced between numerous countries and when they were delivered there was only one. It was made poorly and didn't fit (5XL). It was a horrible experience and by all standards an inferior product and service.
