Everything went without any problem. One item was not in stock, they informed me of that when I ordered. My order arrived three days later when the item came in stock, just like they said it would. Can't ask for better.
Have bought from them before and they had the pans I wanted in stock . This time, however it turned out the knife I ordered wasn't in stock . Chased up a few times and felt their efforts to let me know how long it would take were luke warm . Requested a refund and will take my business elsewhere . Tip to anyone thinking of buying from them ' get them to confirm they have it in stick and don't have to send off to wherever for it
Excuse after excuse for non delivery with promises that the order will go out next week. After hearing this 5 times I decided to cancel the order even though I asked for part shipment, I was told that this was environmentally not possible. You must think that I fell off a Christmas tree. Dreadful service and hiding behind pretty poor excuses.Wake up and smell the coffee folks
