Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend it. You can get the product faster and receive better customer support from other platforms. They take a week to respond to emails. Over a week has gone by with no update about the paid product, wasting a lot of my time.

After a few months, half of the lamps I purchased stopped working properly. They only offer a 30-day guarantee, indicating they don't trust their products to last beyond that.

The box arrived damaged, the packaging was inadequate, and the plugs provided are not compatible with local outlets, rendering the product unusable. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund (including the express fee) but have received no response. A very disappointing experience.
