Very disappointing experience

I had a very frustrating experience with the service. I placed an order through their website, and nearly a month passed without delivery. Despite sending multiple emails for an update, I received no response, leading me to request a chargeback through my credit card. Unfortunately, with no communication from them, I felt I had no other choice.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. I placed an order through their website, and nearly a month has gone by without delivery. Despite sending several emails for an update, I received no reply, which forced me to request a chargeback through my credit card. Unfortunately, with no contact from them, I had no other option.

Very unprofessional service

Very unprofessional service. I do not recommend it. You can get the product faster and receive better customer support from other platforms. They take a week to respond to emails. Over a week has gone by with no update about the paid product, wasting a lot of my time.

This service feels like a scam

This service feels like a scam. The website looks appealing, but the quality of their products is extremely low, comparable to other low-end options. After a few months, half of the lamps I purchased stopped working properly. They only offer a 30-day guarantee, indicating they don't trust their products to last beyond that.

Delayed 'express' delivery, unusable product

I ordered with express delivery and only received my order over a month later. The box arrived damaged, the packaging was inadequate, and the plugs provided are not compatible with local outlets, rendering the product unusable. I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund (including the express fee) but have received no response. A very disappointing experience.
