I'm very let down by the lack of support. My jumpsuit doesn't fit even though I measured myself and followed the size guide. When I inquired about a refund, they suggested I give it to someone else and offered $5 as goodwill! The sizing does not match what was provided. This company lacks integrity.
I'm quite frustrated. I ordered a 30ml natural plant-based hair dye but received only one 30ml bag. After emailing them with pictures, they offered me $6 as compensation when I paid $35. This website feels like a scam. I wouldn't recommend it.
I just want a refund - this product is awful, with a tiny piece of elastic as the band, and the sizing is extremely small. They are very see-through, and the advertisement is misleading. I've tried reaching out via email, but I'm only getting automated replies blaming external factors. I don't want these anymore. Don't waste your time or money.
