GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Im a KLIM customer for a loooong time now, from laptop coolers to gaming mouses, they have a great line up of products.Lately my mouse stopped working, immediately wrote an email to the customer support, they reached back to my in a really great and friendly way. After some details, they just sent me a gift code for another mouse, without sending the old one back.Great and uncomplicated customer support.

I had an old keyboard but lost the receiver, I sent an email asking how I could buy a new one but they said that was not an option and that they would stay in touch. A few months later they sent me one for free.

This company has great products and customer service, I would definitely recommend them. My cd player was not working properly and they resolved the problem so efficiently and without any problems.

Fantastic customer service.

Fantastic customer service.Keyboard was ordered via amazon and was an ideal gift for my son. The item seemed sturdy and easy to setup. A few month later one of the keyboard feet had broken off. I contacted the customer services to see if I can get a replacement one via email. Customer service dealt with the matter quickly, promptly, and instead of sending me a replacement feet, they sent me a new keyboard and apologised for the inconvenience. They had nothing to apologise for since it wasn't their mistake, but I am very grateful for the fantastic service received.

Outstanding products and customer service to match!

Three years ago I purchased a Klim Cool+ laptop cooler. It is very high quality metal and built to last. It came with a five year warranty. I have had it running continuously for those 3 years (24 hours a day, everyday, for 3+ years -- I'm not exaggerating here) it finally gave out. I contacted Klim Tech's Customer Support and they offered to send me a new one for free without having to mail them my old one at my expense. I also own a Klim Wind laptop cooler that I purchased 6 months ago. As with the Klim Cool+ I run it continuously and it is an outstanding product as well. While many companies make the claim that "customer service is their top priority", Klim actually delivers it. I am a customer for life. Thank you, Klim Tech!

Not a Honest Company!!

Not a very honest company in my opinion. Even with their flashy website and a trendy depiction of “Their Boss” and other staff members (cheesy), I feel underneath the surface, it's all bravado!I rang their customer service a few days ago, and asked, “Why is their KLIM Supremacy Mouse Mat priced at 39.97 Euros (£34.21), when Amazon UK is selling the same KLIM Supremacy mat for £24.97 (29.97 Euros)”?She assured me this was an error, and would let the right department know, so to update the price and the matter would be sorted.I looked at their website today and below and behold it is still 39.97 Euros.I bought the TITANWOLF — RGB Gaming Mouse Mat via Amazon UK. This product, I feel, is far superior to their Supremacy Mat and for only £14.85.Believe me, I am no fan of Amazon UK either!! From their incompetent customer service staff members to their delivery drivers, who use their lack of English as an excuse to provide an inadequate service.In Conclusion:I would probably stay away from KLIM at all cost!!PP (United Kingdom)

Excellent Company and Excellent Customer Service

Having purchased a Headset which in my opinion is excellent for the price and I have tried a few. I had to contact them with a problem. Within a very short time I had a reply and they went above and beyond to help me. I would personally recommend them 100% for after sales and their help. Excellent company and excellent personnel.
