My first time ordering from Koko Bay and I’m so obsessed with the quality of the bikini! I’m starting to buy from brands who focus on quality and bikinis that don’t fade after one use. I got the wide band bikini in lemon and it is gorgeous! So flattering and I can’t wait to wear on holiday! Delivery was super quick aswell.
NEVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!I returned an item and never heard anything back from them, emailed them and customer service took ages to reply. Finally got a response back saying they won’t be refunding me as the item was ‘wet and stained’ when the item was returned in perfect condition. Feels like it was an excuse to not give me a refund. I’ve lost the money for the item I returned and have also lost money for the postage I paid for it to be returned. Will never use this company again. AVOID!!!!
Company sent me out a faulty bikini, the black fabric of the bikini dyed the white fabric. They were nice enough to send me another bikini but the same thing happened, so they asked for me to return both bikinis and I would get a refund. I sent them back with their prepaid label they gave me. They never sent me my refund claimed they never got it even though the tracking shows it was delivered over 3 weeks ago and are now ignoring my multiple emails. Now had to go through my bank to get a refund and the brand are still ignoring my emails.
I ordered for the first with Koko Bay for my holiday and was really impressed with the whole process and the quality of material is amazing! My order arrived so quickly within 3 days. I love my new swimsuit from there and will definitely be ordering again couldn’t be happier
