Absolutely awful! I should have checked the reviews before being suckered into paying $55 for a timer that doesn't work well.Not a good enough magnet, barely sticks, and won't stay on the fridge while you are turning it!Hard to set to the right time.Don't waste your money!
Sent timer product which was advertised as high quality stylish product is nothing else than a cheap plastic gimmick. They even denied me to send the item back which is possible within 14 days within EU without any given causes. The support just wanted to play on time. Very bad scam. Don't buy.
Like many others, recieved a cheap bit of plastic. Return process is beyond difficult, challenging them every step of the way. They shipped from a local address in the UK, but refuse to have it sent back to their distribution warehouse. Will seek guidance from credit card company.
Only awarding on star because I can't do 0.DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY.Cheapest plastic products you get at AMAZON (or TEMU, or AliExpress) for less than half the (Sale) price. Wanted to return the timers but it's part of their return policy to not refund items purchased in a sale. Well, lesson learned the hard way. Don't make the same mistake.
They made a cheap product, with a quality I’d expect from a dollar store and sold it x10. My direct email to them on my experience:1. First mark up the item so that you gain +70-80% profit, and avoid telling the customer the product is from China worth $3 at best. Customers fall for your pretend to be western trap and buy the product anyway - Sept 5th 7:48pm EST2. Receive customer request to cancel the order - Sept 5th 8:39pm EST (only 30mins later)3. Delay to respond to a customer’s email in a timely manner, but agree to refund when they followed up, and then don’t actually do it - Sept 9th 10:07am EST4. Emailed back and made excuse that it’s too late for them to cancel, as the product has already left the port - Sept 15th 1:33am EST5. Instruct customer to refuse to accept the package but they CANT because the package does not require signature and is left at the doorstep - Sept 15th 7:44am EST6. Punt the full responsibility on the customer now and have them pay for the refund and hope the customer doesn’t go through the trouble…Sept 16 10:As expected, even though the package was sent to me via Mississauga, I have to return it to China, costs $12. They’ve also said that it’s at their discretion once they receive it whether they will accept the return. Now it’s a game of probability since the product cost $50.I opened the package, and it’s such a tacky plastic gadget. Would attach photos if I could but, this company is great at marketing up. They pretend to have great customer service but not accountable when put to the test.
I never received my order - they didn't ship it. They now refuse to return my money, as they say i should have let them know about issues with my order within 30 days of ordering. No where in there terms of service is this stated.I didn't think there was issues as i was notified by mail that they were preparing the order and would let me know once it was shipped.
