Review Time
Sent me bad quality garbage for $35 (which is expensive for a timer) and then said they cannot refund/return due to it being a sale item. It has always been on sale and I believe they are using this reason to scam people. Please do not buy from this company
I thought I was buing a 40$ timer and was expecting the quality to match the price. The timer is entirely made out of low quality plastics, probably not even exceding a production cost of a few cents. Still waiting on my refund.
The Anti-Dust Cable Storage Box that I received was not the same box as the photos on their website, and arrived with a stain on the wooden lid. The Smart Productivity Timer arrived with multiple scratches. I reached out to Konah about these issues via email. After over a month of back and forth emails with customer service in which I provided multiple photos, during which there were multiple 5-7 day periods without responses to my emails, representative Josh Michael informed me that they would not process a return and a refund. They clearly hide the poor reviews from their website; I wouldn't be surprised if their reviews are mostly/all fake. Extremely shady company – stay far, far away.
Bad plastic products. The productivity timer was scratched on arrival and is so light that it is difficult to set times. The rotating Sphere makes noise as it spins. Could probably have gotten a better product at Temu for 1/10 of the price. Absolutely cannot recommend
