Rob and Ian were my delivery drivers. They were punctual and called me 15 minutes before arrival. There were 3 pieces to deliver and I had paid for the unpacking service. I have rarely had such a smooth delivery and I learnt some new unboxing skills. Furniture pieces positioned in the room I requested, in the places I requested. Handles attached, shelves in place, feet adjusted. All good, thank you very much
I ordered a larder for over £1,000 which was on backorder. It was supposed to have been back in stock at the beginning of January.
It is now 1st of February and the larder is still nowhere to be found. Worse still, I have reached out multiple times via phone and email and nobody is responding to my messages. At this point it is looking very likely I got scammed here.
Really disappointing and I strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering anything on backorder with this company!!!

The delivery team arrived right on time after notifying me they were 30 minutes away. They were courteous and efficient, setting up the cupboard and removing all packaging. The cupboard looks fantastic, and they ensured my satisfaction before leaving. It was a genuinely enjoyable experience; I highly recommend the premium unpacking and assembly service as it’s incredibly worthwhile. After just returning from the hospital and feeling unwell, I was anxious about the potential mess and the lengthy process, but everything was handled perfectly in just 35 minutes. I will certainly return for future purchases. 5 stars, absolutely worth it!
