Terrible customer service! I ,ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order. Last Friday some of the items finally came i paid the whole order but one item the iron board was missing! I cannot get hold of them on the phone been on line for hours! I 've been emailing them and messaging them on Facebook they respond with vague answers but I am left without an item and out of pocket 54.90 euros! Order number 1015373354

On December 1st, 2025, I received my Espresso Machine. Following the setup instructions, I quickly realized it doesn't dispense water or steam, despite having water in the tank. The steam pipes don't even heat up. I submitted a support form twice but received no follow-up. I filed a dispute with my payment provider due to the lack of response. It's frustrating that a large company can't even send email confirmations for submitted forms. I'm left with a non-functional item and no resolution in sight.
