This store and customer service SUCKS!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE 0 I WOULD!!! Their return policy is OHHH WAIT THEY DON’T HV ONE. You’re stuck with it. They will gladly except ur DELAYED order for “STORE CREDIT” I’m going to report them to the BBB!! If someone wants to return an unopened package for their money back. They should be able too!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Stick with stores that will give you a FULL REFUND if it doesn’t work out!!!
would give this company a minus 5 stars if I could. I ordered a Peacoat for a gift for Christmas. It was promised to arrive before Christmas. It arrived two days after Christmas. So strike one The material was similar to the one you use to a horse coat. Strike two. When I emailed to return it and got no response until I made a dispute with my credit card company. Even then I had to pay for shipping back the item but since this company is based in Canada the shipping cost was just as much as the item Strike three. Please save your self and do not buy from this company. They have terrible customer service.
It's truly disappointing, bordering on a scam. The products are of poor quality, comparable to or worse than what you would find elsewhere. They apply an outrageous markup, taking bright photos to mislead customers. Additionally, they do not accept returns, which adds to the frustration.
I ordered a pair of sling back heels on 11/30, which were supposed to arrive by 12/9. On 12/6, I received an email claiming my package was shipped (without tracking), but my order status showed it was still processing. This stayed the same for a week. After seeing no updates, I checked reviews online and found very poor ratings. Worried about being scammed, I disputed the charge with my credit card and got a refund. When the shoes finally arrived, they were labeled as 'Zara' (with the box, tag, and branding), even though that was not mentioned on the website. They had noticeable scuffs despite being in 'new' packaging, and the paint on the sole looked hastily done. I definitely won't be ordering from this service again.
AVOID THIS SERVICE What I got is completely different from what was shown on the website! The quality is terrible and not as described. I requested a refund, but I haven't received any response—it's been over two weeks and I've sent multiple emails to the support team with no reply!! Steer clear of these scammers!!

The black dress I received was nothing like what I had ordered; the style was completely different and the fabric felt very cheap. All the tags and labels were removed, leaving only 'Made in China' on the dress. Some loose tags were included, but they indicated the size as XL, while I ordered a Medium. I reached out to customer support with photos, but received no response. It feels like I've wasted my money.

Do not engage with this service. I ordered a skirt that took a week to arrive. The quality is horrendous. The skirt looks nothing like the advertised version, arrived ripped at the back, and seems poorly stitched. This company should face consequences for their actions. Absolutely unacceptable.
Regrettably, I didn’t check reviews first. I faced the same issues as others. My order didn’t arrive on time, and there were no tracking updates for days. The tracking numbers provided were not recognized until I complained. When I contacted customer service with proof that the package hadn’t been received, I was told my order was out for delivery. I suspect they sent a poor-quality replica of what was advertised. Update: I ordered on November 5th and received it on November 23rd. As expected, the quality was terrible, with bad stitching and cheap material. They will likely complicate the return process. Their loss, as I had friends interested in buying but won’t anymore.
