There are definitely some good doctors and nurses in the Kaiser system, but Kaiser as a whole cares far more about money and cutting corners to maximize their profits than they do about patient safety and health. I have had 3 major surgeries in the past 9 months (one planned, one emergency, and one to correct issues from the emergency surgery). Kaiser was used in 2 of the 3 surgeries and I had horrible experiences both of these times with being pushed out, while I was clearly experiencing medical issues from the procedures. They truly care more about maximizing their profits by making surgeries "outpatient" than they do about patient care. I am changing from Kaiser in the next few months once open enrollment is here, and I can hardly wait. This company is a greed fueled behemoth.

Extremely Disappointed with the Service

I could elaborate extensively on my negative experiences, but here are the two most significant issues (I'll skip the less severe ones):
- They failed to remove the placenta after my son was born, leading to my body going into shock.
- They conducted knee surgery on my mother-in-law without ensuring she fully understood the procedure. Six months later, her quality of life has worsened, and they didn’t ensure she attended the 'mandatory' class. Consider upgrading your insurance and choosing a different provider. It’s heartbreaking to witness my mother-in-law's suffering. The company demonstrates a lack of care, empathy, and seems primarily focused on profit.
