I ordered 2 hayfever medicines from Kruidvat online.They arrived, but both expire in May 2022. Using up one of the medicines takes a few months, meaning that by the time I finish one of them, the second will have expired.Asked for a refund/replacement, but was told I have to go into a shop to get a replacement (I don't have any stores close by, hence why I ordered online). So for Kruidvat's mistake/incompetence, I have to waste my time. For a 10 euro product.Shared this feedback in an email with customer support but they don't care. So I don't recommend ordering online, as they'll send you outdated merchandise and then make it your problem to solve.
Kruidvat is normally not a bad shop. But they don't want to hear or read about the bad experience of the products they sell. Three months ago I bought Veet Minima pure face hair removal cream. This product gave me a burning face with red bumps for a week. So I wrote the review about my experience. They have rejected because my stars were law. I have wrote in decent Dutch twice they have rejected. I find it truly unreasonable. If they sell products they should let people to share their experience. I hope they change this ugly moderation in the future.
I went to Kruidvat Mariahoeve today, I misunderstood the 2+2 campaign, that's why I didn't buy the products. Then I bought 1+1 from the products that are visible in the 1+1 nivea deodarant catalog and I bought 1 of the other invisible product (because it wasn't in the catalog), before I knew what was happening, the young man in the cashier desk made fun of me, and they made fun of me with the customer behind me. . I will never shop here.
I went to Krudivat store in Wavre, Belgium the other day and bought some products whose price tags were showing there was a promo. I bought those items and when i saw the bill, they charged me much more than the price tag on the shelf. Looks like there were different products placed above wrong price tags on shelves. The staff needs to be vigilant or maybe they r fooling the customers to buy the costly products thinking that there is an offer going on. Too bad i checked the bill after returning home and now i have to go back to exchange those items, that only if they exchange!
Worst company and worst costumer service ever. For my trip abroad I’d ordered some hair products to bring along. I had the option to pick up the order from a Kruidvat store and since that I am on the road driving the whole day that was a much better option for me. I could pick up the products the next day but never got a message. 4 days later I decided to go to the Kruidvat store at (Aabestraat 2 in Tilburg)for more information about the package. I’ve told them my story about the order that I haven’t received yet and that I’ll be going on holiday in 2 days and that I needed the stuff. The first girl I’ve spoke to couldn’t find the order and give me the solution to go to a bigger Kruidvat store in Tilburg city centre to see if they have it there. So basically she don’t know rather that other store had it but according to her that was the best option. I disagree because all of this I am doing while a student is waiting for me in the car. I am a driving instructor but that doesn’t matter. I asked her for her supervisor which came immediately I told her my story and she was really rude her point was that the product wasn’t there and that Kruidvat texted everyone about delay that they are having. And for some magical reason I’d never received that message and than she went on telling me that basically its my own fault and that I certainly order to pick up product at the store just because of the free delivery and if I’d ordered online I would be waiting for the package too and that she could not help me. She did offer me the same advice as the first girl to go to the other Kruidvat store in town to see if they have the product in their product line. I asked her if they couldn’t call to figure that out?she say no. I also asked her let’s say the other Kruidvat store has the product, is it possible for me to get the products with me based on the payment confirmation that I have. No she said you will have to pay for it again. I asked her how this is helping the situation which was obviously not. It came down to a sorry that this is all She could do. I asked if I could cancel the order she said that I should write an email to God know where? And that first they must receive the product and than I could probably get my money back. So you can understand that this was quite unpleasant for me and it really messed up the rest of my day. This was my first and last time ordering anything from Kruidvat. I personally think that Kruidvat is lacking a lot of professionalism they should give their workers better training in developing their skills in approach and on how to communicate with the customers. Cause the way how I see it,is that you basically pay a company to treat you like sh#t and they are quite good at it.
I've made a few foto books and I'm always happy with the results every time. The good thing about making foto books at kruidvat, you get to choose the books you want and design it the way you like. I give 5 STARS because I've always recieved what I've paid for.
Hello Guys, Don't buy a prepaid app Store & i-Tunes card...by KRUIDVAT. You don't will have your credits on your smartphone. EVER.I will explain you my experience.I bought a prepaid Itunes card in the store in Londerzeel (Belgium). I put the digits into my mobile and scan de QR code to have the credit on it.Surprise....those numbers weren already used.After that, I take a screenshot of the result : code numbers already used (a proof). I have contacted the shop where I bought the prepaid card, they directly give me an email address (customer service), the same day I wrote an email and the same day I received a answer... it was quick. Super. They asked me, to send them, buying ticket, picture of my screenshot, en a picture of my prepaid card.It is on a good way...(thinking to myself).After a few days, she noticed me..it 's correct, someone has already use this card. Yes, I know that also. She replied me...Another colleague will contact you soon...One week after, no more news.I decided to write them, to ask them, have you some news for me. Directly someone from customer service (the same contact persoon) said to me, you have to contact Apple, to resolve your problem.WHAAAAATTTT...NO, I bought the product by your shop.I'm a customer.You have to contact your provider.I'm not responsable for this. You have to fix that for me, because I paid for something, and it doesn't work.She replied to me...It's the only respons that I can give you.Well, that's nice...waoh....thanks a lot.So, if I can give you an advice...don't buy a prepaid card (Google, I-Tunes, etc...) you will have probably the same problem, resolve your problem by yourself.And the result is : Appel store is not available to help me.
I order/buy here very often and have spent hundreds of euros here over the past years. In general I’ve always been satisfied but the last couple of months I’ve had more and more problems with items that aren’t of good quality etc. Now bought a suitcase which already has a rip in the fabric after using once, and now I’m supposed to retour it or go to the store again with it. I’m very busy so I mostly order online and I really don’t like the hassle of having to retour stuff myself (even though I order a lot online, I’ve only retoured something ONCE) so I guess I’m just gonna take the loss and keep it in mind - never buy luggage from Kruidvat again..
In April, I ordered perfumes and some facial care from Kruidvat.First of all, it took 4 days to pack and deliver order, but that's ok. Second, one of perfumes was delivered with cap that don't match. So I wonder if that's the mistake of Kruidvat or supplier, because cap of bottle, though from the same brand, wasn't holding at all and was too bid for spray neck. I can't believe that French perfumeries do this regularly. So it was absolutely definitely big miss of Kruidvat - you could have heard noise in packaging not even opening it. This is not normal. I don't know where do they buy bottles which caps don't match necks.Another thing about their points and customer service. Totally unaccessible and irrespective. I didn't receive any points at all though on two occasions they should have been added. Customer service is still silent about their miss. And control of delivery order on their site in customer account is just wasting of time because nothing happens and nobody cares about updating it or showing to you where's your order and how is it processed. They just don't care about you and your money.
