My call was answered almost immediately! The representative was very polite and professional! After explaining my issue, they guided me on what I needed to do! After sending pictures of the part I needed to replace, I received a detailed email explaining the next steps. Awaiting the part!
Excellent service received from Becky Allen, I had an issue with a product item from a different supplier, to then find out that Kudos were in the process of manufacturing the same style product, I contacted Kudos for some guidance to see if their product would fit the shower tray we had already installed as it was for a pentangle shape enclosure. Becky confirmed their product was in the process of manufacturing and would be available soon, but no instructions available at that point. I waiting a couple of weeks and then I received an email from Becky sending over the instructions, I hadn't even prompted the response so she had me on a list of follow ups and sent them as soon as they came available which I was really impressed with. I then asked if their Pentangle Enclosure would fit the shower tray from a different supplier that we had already installed and Becky confirmed that yes the enclosure would work. I met with my clients this morning and gave them this alternative option and they were very pleased with the solution and agreed to proceed which means I can now finish the job with assurance.I have since processed my order with my distributor, and Becky has even come back to me and confirmed that Kudos has received the order.Becky you are a great asset to Kudos delivering the customer service that is so important and greatly appreciated.Good luck
Purchased our Kudos shower in 2007, it was an investment piece & still looks as good as it did then apart from the chrome paint peeling from the waste which as it is under a chrome cover you can't see it but was becoming worse. I tried to source a replacement online but could only find white plastic waste replacements. The business that supplied the shower is no longer in operation so I contacted Kudos, I received a reply the next day requesting photos then the next day I was advised that they had located a spare part & would send it to me. I was delighted with the swift response and so grateful that I could keep the good look of my shower. The service received was exceptional!
Contacted the customer services team for advice regarding ordering a replacement part and received great service from Michael who was knowledgeable and very helpful. Although there was an issue with one of the replacement parts on speaking to Lyndsey in customer services she very helpfully arranged for speedy delivery of parts needed. Both Michael and Lyndsey offered the best customer service we’ve received in a very long time would definitely use Kudos again.
Our sliding door shower has been totally reliable for 18 years only needing a new runner wheel last week.Brilliant customer support helped me order the part needed which arrived 2 days later.The shower is now like new again !
I have owned a Kudos shower screen since 2013 and I needed a replacement seal for the base of the glass. I was initially unable to find the correct seal on the web site and sent a request for advice on Sunday and I received a really helpful responce on Monday morning - rapid! After sending the request I actually found the correct seal and ordered a replacement on Sunday and received it on Tuesday - again rapid.The customer service is superb
I have a Kudos folding bath screen and needed to repair some of the hinges. Although I did not buy direct from Kudos they were extremely helpful in supplying replacements parts FOC without question. From start to finish my query was dealt with in less than 24 hours. I am extremely grateful for their help and very impressed with customer service.
