Review Time
I am currently passing week 2 of my lens still not even beginning to ship. I got a nice email saying if it doesn't ship within a few business days contact them and they will look at the order personally. After waiting 5 more days (3 business days) I sent an email asking about the order. Now it has been days of no response after I asked for an honest update on whats going on with shipping, if they expect it to take a month I would just like to know that at the very least. I am concerned that this could drag on for an absurd amount of time before my lens even begins to ship. My emails have not been answered and feels like I cant do anything about it. Order #93317
They advertise a 100 day "stress free" return policy with "no questions asked". However, when I asked to return my product after less than a month, I got just that: A lot of stress and questions.
After demanding feedback and reasons for my return, I got this message:

How about you give me an address or even a return label, so I can properly this trash and get my money back?
⭐ 1-Star Review – No Communication, No Assistance, Refund Overlooked
I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this company.
It has been more than two weeks since I initially reached out regarding my order. I have sent several follow-up emails without receiving a single response. There has been no update on my order status, no explanation, and no effort to address the issue.
After waiting patiently, I requested a refund, which has also been disregarded.
Although the company claims to be reputable, the complete absence of communication and support is highly concerning. At this point, the experience feels unprofessional and untrustworthy.
I am posting this review to alert other customers and to hopefully prompt a response that I have been unable to obtain through regular customer service.
The service was truly disappointing; I waited almost a month for my order and only received 1 out of the 3 items. Customer support was unhelpful, and I strongly advise against ordering from this seller to avoid the same frustration I experienced.
I placed an order on 28th Nov. and have not received any dispatch notifications or responses to my emails. I was starting to think they might be scammers, which is quite disappointing as the product seemed appealing... my oversight. Eventually, I did receive a reply that was reasonable, confirming the order is legitimate and on its way. I've upgraded my rating from 1 to 2 stars, but unless the product exceeds expectations, that's where it stands.
