Purchased shower tray that started to crack after less than 3 months. When this was reported with multiple images Kudos would not call to inspect and would not accept any manufacturing issues. In addition to this and following instruction to a bathroom repair company in Newcastle they identified additional manufacturing defects in the production which were also sent to Kudos and once more they would not accept any liability rather they wanted to pass off a token discount if ordering a replacement through a retailer. Do not waste money on a kudos product they are low quality and offer nothing the way of a manufacturer warranty.
Having recently had a Kudos Connect 2 shower tray installed I had a couple of questions about cleaning and how to take the drain cover off. I had very speedy responses to my emails with helpful information. Very impressive customer service. Thank you.
I had been researching shower doors for sometime, I came across the Kudos pinnacle 8 which seemed to tick all the boxes. Kudos shower doors are made in Sandbach which gave me reassurance that the quality would be there, a local company that takes great pride in their products. My problem was that I required the door with a brushed brass finish which they didn’t produce at the time. But told me that the brand new design in brushed brass would be available within a few weeks. I was prepared to wait until the production of this door was completed. It was fresh off the production line so none of Kudos stockists had it on display. I phoned Kudos and spoke to Sarah Stepney who was more than helpful, she invited myself and my husband to the factory showroom so that we could see, feel the door in the flesh. Sarah greeted us, talked us through the high quality product, answered all our questions. We were totally sold on the company, product and Sarah and will be ordering the door through one of their stockists.
