Loved the personal approach

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I wanted to add an extra poster to my order which was for reduced price and wondered if the extra would also count as reduced, without any problems I received almost immediate response. I appreciated the personal touch in communication as well as when the order arrived with greetings, small surprise and an extra little poster. Loved it!
