AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE AT ALL COSTS. ordered a Alma bb bag from here after it was described as “immaculate condition” on their live. When it arrived, it had multiple scratches, marks, tarnished hardware, very obvious on red patent leather. I genuinely don’t understand why it was described as immaculate when it clearly wasn’t.The presenter on TikTok avoided my questions during the live, which I should’ve taken as a warning sign. Customer support was completely unhelpful when I raised the issue. the bag was packaged with no care at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor packaging caused even more scratches.
I was a little worried they hadn’t received my parcel but emailed them and they put my mind at rest they had it your sending expensive items and just want to be sure they get them they were really easy to deal with and when they have authenticated your items your paid within an hour I wouldn’t hesitate to use label source again id give them 100%
