The size guide is not reliable. Size M pants are supposed to have a 30-32 inch inseam. These came at 25 inches. The material was as described. Unfortunately it's woolen winter pants which are unacceptable as pedal pushers.

The sweater I received from Australia arrived without any garment tag, leaving me unsure about the manufacturer, material, size, or care instructions. I ordered a 2XL, but it fit more like a small. It didn't resemble or feel like cashmere at all! I had to reach out six times before finally getting a human response. They offered me the option to keep the ill-fitting item with a 20% discount and no shipping fees, but I shouldn't have to pay for shipping for the wrong item. After some research, it seems it might have been a third-party drop shipment with questionable quality. I ended up filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company.
I wish I could rate this company with zero stars. I ordered a pair of what was advertised as high-quality brown leather boots with wool lining. The online photos looked fantastic, but what I received was the worst quality boot I’ve ever encountered. The smell coming from them was unbearable, reminiscent of strong chemicals or formaldehyde—definitely not something safe to inhale. I had to store them in the garage while I waited to return them. This company claims to operate from Australia while selling in the US, and they attempt to pressure you into keeping the product with a meager 20% discount or pushing other low-quality items on their site. I’d rather shop at a thrift store than wear these new, foul-smelling boots. There’s absolutely nothing of quality about this product, and it’s certainly not worth $200. It looks like something you’d find at a discount store for $10 or $15 at most. I spent $92 to return the boots, so I recovered only half of my money, which is still better than the ridiculous 20% discount they offered. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.
I suspect this company is a scam. I ordered two items, both of which were very small and lacked size labels. There was no return address or order form included with the shipment, and their website requires you to email a form for returns (14-day policy). The support team responded the next business day with three options: return to Australia at my own cost, receive an 80% instant credit (keeping the merchandise), or order something different (up to the original price) while keeping the items. I opted for the 80% instant credit, considering the 20% as the cost of falling for a scam.
Unfortunately, I didn’t check the reviews before buying and am disappointed with the sweaters I received for $119.80. The colors don’t match the online photos, with the rust-colored sweater arriving as beige. Despite ordering both as XL, the green sweater is at least an inch shorter and likely smaller than XL. Neither sweater fits as expected; they run small. There are no size labels or material descriptions, and care instructions are only available online, not on a tag or insert. It’s frustrating that there was no material information, yet they included a postcard offering 20% off my next purchase.
I ordered two pairs of herringbone wool slacks and followed the size instructions based on waistline and hips, which indicated size 2X. I typically wear size 12-14, so I thought that was quite large but followed their guidelines. Since they came from overseas, it took three weeks to arrive. Upon opening, I realized they were too small—about a size 10, which I used to wear decades ago. Now I see the return policy only allows for 15 days, and I hope to exchange them for the right size as they are beautifully made.
This was a scam; the garments are worth nothing. They just take your money and don’t provide any return options since the clothes arrive without labels. The quality is extremely cheap, and I regret purchasing them. Please don’t fall for this cheap clothing scam.
